STANDARD SALES TERM AND ORDER
Prices are for F.O.B. Bangkok

FOR OPENING ORDER:
- Minimum amount is USD 8,000. All order less than USD 8,000 are subject to USD 300 handling charge.
- Alteration to the order OR cancellation requested by the purchaser will only be accepted if made in writing and received before the goods are dispatched.
- Goods are invoiced according to the rates applicable on the day that order was made.
- The rates shown are given as an indication only and may be subject to alteration if needed.
- Sample order will be 20% charge from F.O.B. price.

RECEIPT OF GOODS:
Complaints concerning defects or non-compliance of goods delivered with those or with the dispatch note must be made within seven days following receipt of goods.

RETURNS:
- Goods may only be returned by formal agreement between the putween the purchaser and the seller.
- The purchaser is responsible for carriage expenses and risk.
- The seller remains the owner of goods sold until full payment of principle and interest has been made.

TERM OF PAYMENT:
40% to initiate order and 60% balance prior to goods delivery OR irrevocable L/C at sight.
Term of Payment
Lead time : 60 days
